Should my sprout be this small?

There is this little mersh seedling but I don't know if its growing right? From the pics that I have can anyone tell me if its going ok? Also can anyone recognize if its actually something other than mersh like its a kush or somthing?

 

Thanks for the assistance I guess all the seeds were duds. That plant was the only thing that sprouted in the vicinity of where I planted.
