I repotted my plants yesterday and I did overwater a bit when they were in the cups but today one of the plants leaves were dried up and just cracked off when I touched them should my plant be able to recover or what else can I do?
Hard to say. In the future, when you replant, make sure the plants have not been watered in a little while before you move them. You want the soil around the roots to be relatively firm. After you repot them, water around the base of the plant out to the diameter of the tips of the widest fan leaves. Repeat whenever the soil is dry to the touch, about every third day, or use a meter. At this point, all you can do is make sure they get water and light, watch and wait. If the stem and roots are intact and healthy, it will bounce back no problem. If they are damaged, it won't. But in any case, stressing about it won't make it any better.
You should not go into such a big pot with a little plant. When you do this it makes it real easy to overwater.
i usually starz in big 5 gal pail just watch amount of watering at first and put holes into bottom sides of container for help drying out bottom im not a nig fan of translplanting cause it can cause stress. but what are your temps how close is your light usually leafs will droop and curl up feel moist but really brittle if its ow on major levels looks like it got heat burn if its super dry and crumbly man. ps also not calling out cashed out just my preferences aswell so dont think im calling you out cause i know many people who do disagree with my methods but here one of mine started at seedling i just water little bit like 1/8 cup max a day sometimes on the second day for two weeks then shot to 500 ml every two days for twoo weeks went to 1 litre every two days for 3 weeks as it was blooming full on i started giving it 2 litres every two days just keep an eye on sighns of ow.
