Should it lean?

give it some. give it lots, in fact

 

They lean towards the light so place the light closer and in the direction you need it to move and it will straighten out.

its just LSTing itself for you haha. but really..get more light, more soil in the cup, and you should be golden

 

Fill er up with soil and use it to correct the lean. And yes more or closer light

Won't filling cup with soil cause stem rot? I would troop it up with a taped up pencil, bamboo stick something like that than drop the light. Soil to high on the plant can actually cause rot. You do however need to cover up those roots. That's not good at all.
