Should I Take This Deal?

Discussion in 'Apprentice Marijuana Consumption' started by FreeYourSoul, Oct 25, 2012.

1. I was offered a deal, $220 for 1/2 Ounce of dank Blue Dream. He's paying $200 for it, and would be making $20. Is this bad or good? I'd be getting it tonight

2. Depends where you are from but that's really expensive even in a non medical state

3. No... I pay no more than $180 for a half ounce of dank, and I live where it's $20 a gram of dank. I don't think it could really get more expensive than that, unless maybe you're in Europe.

4. That's pretty expensive for a half oz, but Blue Dream is damn nice if it's the real deal, so it's really up to you

5. depends on the price around you but here I would tell him give me the whole O for $220 LOL

6. yah man id go the whole o for $300 max

7. Hi I'm new on this forum and kinda new to smoking, but my friend and I split an O of Blue Dream for $210. Also, it was some amazing stuff, definitely blue dream. From a fraternity bro hookup.

See if you can find some college guys, not shady street people.

I live in Los Angeles, CA if that makes a difference at all

8. Yeah 220 is quite expensive, dealers will tell you anything. If it is blue dream, and you got that cash then it's your call. But 180 or less = half O

9. For my area fuck no!! I would not pay more than 140 a half oz

10. Thanks for the replies. I think I'm gonna take the deal anyways, he's driving it to my house, and he's only making $20 profit. Does that make more sense?

11. Sounds like he's makin more than $20 off the deal, but it's your money so enjoy!

You think so?

13. He prolly making more. I could get a half of blue dream for 180

14.
He prolly making more. I could get a half of blue dream for 180
He first asked for $200, but then upped it to $220

15. If i was getting a half ounce and charging someone 220 you better bet your ass i am picking up at least an ounce. He is making more then $20 off of you.

16. I dunno man. $180-220 is the range in the Chicago area.

I've helped people before by charging $20 for a half, and others have done the same for me.

Make sure you take a good look that it really is Blue Dream. If it is, go for it and see what happens. Next time around tell him you can't pay more than $200.

17. You're going through a middle man it sounds like. He's making more than $20 from you, sadly i've done this to a neigbor. He is probably getting more weight than that and selling you his own stash, that way he can make some scrill

UPDATE: He just said its called "gas". Is that even a legit strain?

19. He just told me that all the names are made up, and he said for example Sour Diesel isn't always the same Sour Diesel. I called bullshit on him

No that's extremely true for dealers. Unless you buy it from a grower there's like a 15% chance (I pulled that number from thin air but you get the idea) that you're getting what they claim. Most times they just don't know so they say something to give it more appeal, otherwise they know and just lie.
