Should I Take The Back Road?

    Back road 25mph, but isolated.about 5 mi. . All somewhat crappy homes. no traffic mostly.
    Main road is 35mph
    Back & Main rds about same distance 5mi.
    Should I take the back road?  Should I air it out on the way?
     
    (Back road = no lights, no traffic, stop signs only)
    (Main road = lighted, traffic signals & Stops, traffic)

    Thats usually what we do for Blunt cruises, especially in HS....no traffic or cops.
