Should I smoke just once?

    Hey guys I recently got charged with a MIP of alcohol and I'm going to court on the 27th of September now I have 29 days until then. I've been clean since I got the charge back on the 11th of august. I was wondering if you guys think its safe for me to just smoke once tonight and then stay clean until I figure out whats going to happen.
    Any advice would be great! Thanks.

    height: 5'10
    weight: 175 pounds
    I think I have a pretty slow metabolism but I'm not sure considering all I eat is garbage because of my current living situation.

    and I was a chronic smoker, multiple times a day kind of smoker.

    You'll proboably be okay, but if you just don't smoke you know for sure that you will be. I don't really see the point in getting baked one more time and risking it just a tiny bit, but whatever. You'll proboably be fine.

    but dont think they wont test you during court hah.. thats where i fucked up..

    i was sittin pretty with my plea agreement and went to court thinkin he was just gunna accept it then id be on house arrest and probation.. nope, he decided to drug test me before he decided what he was gunna do and i pissed dirty.. he ripped up my plea agreement, revoked my bond and threw my ass in jail..

    so be careful

    you will be fine, dont even question it. Just don't do edibles, they tend to stay in your system alot longer.

    Not even once.But for real it depends on how much you smoked before,if you are a heavy daily smoker then you will need the full 29 days to clean out,thc can stay in your system up to 45 days.Just wait until your court date and smoke after it,it will be amazing ha ha.

    That all depends on what state your in, your age, and your individual case and it's severity. When I went to court a month and a half ago for minor possession of alcohol and possession of paraphernalia they didn't test me or anything and all I got was 6 hours probation. I'm in MA and MJ is decriminalized here so like I said it all depends on your charge, situation, state, etc.
