PLEASE I NEED YOUR HELP.....can't decide. I've read quite a bit about both methods (though must admit am still unsure) and need advice on which would be most condusive to my situation. I am working with: 3'x3'x4' space A pure Sativa and a Sour Diesal Organic Soil medium 5 x 105Watt Full Spectrum CFLs (only three at time per cycle-22,000) any help would be appreciated thanks

personally I like LST better cause you can constantly adjust branches and really shape the plant how you want it to grow. The scrog is great if you are doing only a few plants and it is not essential for you to rotate the plants around and really get in there to water them and take care of them. Both methods are great and really just depends on your space you have to grow and what material you have to work with as well as what your goals are with the grow. So it is up to you make a choice after researching a little bit and seeing what will fit your needs better.
