Should I Say Something To My Guy?

    So I started getting from a new guy a few weeks ago. This is like the 4th time I picked up from him. The first 3 times the bud was top notch, this time not so much. I mean it is still good bud but not as good as before. I live in Pennsylvania so I pay a pretty penny for dank bud, and I expect to get dank bud when I'm paying these prices. So what do you guys think of the bud? Is it good? Bad? Should I say something?

    Those "dealers" are always getting new things, and I'm pretty sure they jump on "deals" which could explain the variety in dankosity (how strong it it) ;). If you don't like what they have don't purchase, simple. You could alternatively ask him if he has multiple strains or just that one, but I wouldn't call them out on the bud being no good, just don't go to them. I once knew someone who would skimp slightly (normal thing for these guys), after going to him for a WHILE, I asked him if he would up the count a little, and he said purchase larger and I will, and well that was that, one of the nicest guy and most professional guy I've ever met! :smoking:

    Just be honest w/ the dude - ask him why the first couple times you grabbed from him the bud was so much better.

    Looks dank to me. Person who grew it probably didn't trim and cure it well. How does it smoke?

    Dealers go through a lot of bud. Sometimes it's going to be a little more or less dank than the last batch. in my opinion, there's a threshold, and if the quality is within that threshold I'm content, but if it falls below that threshold for an extended period of time then I complain. I mean if the bud was super dank one time you wouldn't call him up and offer more money, right? 
     
    if it keeps happening I'd say something. you don't have to be a dick about it either, just be like 'hey man, when are you gonna get more of the *strain name here* quality stuff? I really liked it'

    Just be straight up with em. If this is your 4th time, then I'd say you have the right to let him know
     
    The last three times, you gave me some good ass shit, I want that next time lol he'll prob laugh and let you know it's all good
     
    Builds trust with him too, make sure to have a strap just in case though. Not really aware of the area...

    Ok so I smoked some, and its actually pretty good. Another reason I was kinda worried it wouldn't be real good was that it didn't smell very pungent, it smelled very earthy. But not the good earthy if you get what I'm trying to say. It was still a very strong smell but just not all that appealing. Yes freedom there are a few very small spots of purple on some of the buds. Also I paid $100 a quarter, which is pretty standard for dank in my area.

    The price is high for sure, so I understand what you mean about expecting the best- But this looks pretty good, if if his usual is better this might have just been a sub-par bag that he received- i'd wait till another sub-expectation pick up to say something

    Yeah your right, also after smoking some it is actually pretty good. I smoked a bowl and was pretty high for a good 2+ hours.
