i have work in 4 hours and i dosed 2 tabs at noon. i dont wanna be hung over so is it better to just pull an all nighter and go to work then crash after? (they fucked up my work schedule suddenly)

If you're feeling energized, stay up... If you're the slightest bit tired, sleep for the 3 hours. You might be really tired when you have to get up, but that 3 hours of sleep will go a long way later in the day.
