Royal Queen - Critical - flowering time 42-56days Currently on day 39 of flower. Only a few orange pistils on the buds but majority of trich's are milky (I've checked these under a jewellers microscope). i don't want to risk quality for the extra quantity it might bulk out in the next week or 2.

A little more patience your almost there. Two more weeks or so. The potency and weight will double maybe more...
Don't worry about picking too late. That will never, ever happen on someone's first grow. We are too impatient stoners.
I've had a couple of grows already. I normally wasnt until all pistils are brown/orange and tricks are milky, didn't want THC to drop though. I can wait 2 weeks still have some of my last grow to get through. Thanks for the input guys.
