Should i get a grinder for my bud? Im pretty good at breaking it up with my hands to where its pretty well broke up. Does a grinder really grind it up that much more than breaking it up with my hands? What are the plus sides to getting one? Will it make me higher if i roll joints with more ground up weed? Alot of my friends have them but it seems like there always forgetting to bring them or that half the time they cant even find them. I know this doesnt seem like something thread worthy but im pretty tight on money right now so i gotta decide if its worth it, if it makes the most outta my weed and will get me higher then id say its worth it. Ive been smoking for a pretty long time and ive looked into and know about most everything that has to do with weed but ive never really looked into grinders lol Comment? Opinions?
Grinders are good, the three chambered ones are useless though, the screen gets plugged and you don't get much crystals.... I recommend a coffee grinder, it's fast, you can buy decent cheap ones, just remember to just grind for a few seconds, unless you want weed dust Grinders are useless to bring to friends, you will either forget it, and or eventually lose it
Grinders are great for good bud , not middies . if ur smoking middies than u dont really need one , Good bud has all thows trichomes u dont want to come off on ur fingers and get waisted . Get a old credit card and a piece of thin carboard along with the grinder so no human hands touch the bud.
grinders are good regardless and you should get the ones with the diffeent levels. they keep your keif. others arejust inexperienced in the uses of a grinder. grinders provide MANY uses versus not having one.
Damn, I just found a grinder called space case that looks nice and good but its three chamber and you said they suck. I primary want one for kief
There worth it. It grinds it all fine and even and consistent... You can store small amounts of bud in them, they collect keif. Just all around probally the first smoking tool anyone should get. (aside from a pipe) I got a 4 piece grinder for 20 bucks a year ago and its been great to me ever since.
if your grinder doesnt grind itself to shavings youcan also make iso hash with it ive done it a coupletimes just to clean off that shit that builds up shit was black so i evaporated it got high
Grinders will give you a more consistently sized herb for better rolling and better smoking in general. As for using a grinder with a kief catcher: My screen almost never gets clogged, and taking a pocket knife blade across it a few times moves anything through that is kind of sitting on top. Even for mids, you can collect what kief there is to be collected and use at your leisure.
Scissors can work, but a grinder will give you consistency which will give you a smoother burn. Also, if you are smoking kind, you don't want to handle the bud if you don't have to keep the sticky trichomes intact.
I love my grinder, but some people take pride in breaking down with their hands, its more personal choice i'd say. the grinder you saw, space case, is a very good brand.
Yeah but at the same time, having a grinder is quick and effective. Also, you can find them for as little as $6. Grinder's cost so little compared to everything else you buy for smoking, and are a good investment. I would suggest getting one, and if you don't like it, give a friend a present of a new(ish) grinder.
Definitely get a 3 chamber grinder. Grinds the bud very well... and if you put a dime in the middle chamber and shake it in a circle every time you grind bud it cleans the screen and pushes a lot more kief down.
yeah get one. makes it easier to roll with as its all the same size and not random different sizes from using your hands. if you get one with a keif catcher then let it all build up in the bottom, then when you've smoked your stash, you get a nice little extra for the last joint/hit etc to get you extra high. also, i have 2 grinders. one bigger one for at home that can grind a fair amount at once, and a smaller one that my girlfriend keeps hidden in her handbag, along with skins.
HONESTLY, my love (grinder) was lost or sum shit now i have to roll a bunch of pepples or scissors dank needs a grinder
Y Good tip, ive decided to get a grinder tomorrow. I'm gonna try the dime thing. I'm gonna get a fairly nice 20 dollar one from a local headshop to start with and if I don't like that one my brother said hell buy it off me because he lost his and ill get a nice space case
grinders are the shit. they save you time, you can store some bud, it saves kief... basically and all around a great addition to your smoke aresenal. here is the same grinder I have. honestly imo, i like the grinders that have diamond shaped 'grinders' instead of the other ones because ive found teh diamond ones to be the only ones that dont bend or break they grind good too i meant the pyramid shaped grinders btw!!
