Should I fast before a drug test?

    I'm on the LabCorp site, and this is my first time using LabCorp. When scheduling an appointment online, they ask whether or not you are going to be fasting.


    SHOULD I fast? Which route has the least possibility of cannabis showing up? Moreover, should I be honest about which one I choose, or should I say I'm fasting when I'm not, or I'm not when I am?
