Hey guys, this is my first grow... and now it is time to harvest. Here is a picture of a small portion and I am wondering if I should be cutting off more leaves before I start to dry it. Thanks.
very frosty but are you sure shes ready to chop? she looks like she could put on a little more weight to me. how did you decide she was ready to harvest (trichs color etc)? linedrivr
yeah I looked at the hair colors and they were mostly red... then i used a x30 magnifier to look at trichs and they looked like some were amber. the only problem is that its my first time and my eye is untrained for that kind of stuff so i was just trying to make the best decision possible. Also, the buds are a little smaller then normal because the environment here is really really harsh for the plant, and im actually really surprised it lived. and I have 2 more plants that im going to let live longer to see if i made the right choice... just a little trial and error to learn how to do it
