should I cut fan leaves off?

    So should I cut these big fan leaves off to allow more light to the bud sites or should I let it be I am 1 week ibto flowering

    I wouldn't touch them. Looks like your light is getting plenty of penetration. If you do see any bud sites that are really being shaded I would try to tuck the big fans under other branches before i trimmed any of them.

    No, your canopy looks fine.

    Only remove leaves if they come off with a very gentle tug.

    Never remove fan leaves. Tuck them bend them, do a line off them but no reason for removing.
