No. Glass on glass involves ALL glass. That is a rubber grommet glass bong. If $100 is your pricerange I would look around at some weedstar pieces on this website.

Well for one thing, it allows you to add other pre-coolers and ashcatchers onto your bong. Also if you bought a weedstar bong for the same price it would likely offer an inline/tree percs/showerhead/etc. That chinese zong knockoff will offer nothing but a single water chamber entering from a downstem that isn't diffused. I could show you hundreds of glass on glass bongs that aren't plain and boring.
for 100 you could a way better glass than that..... that would be arround 50 at the head shop arround me
If anything go scientific glass/straight tubes for the sole reason that they would break less often then this poorly made thing... I could just see myself dropping it a bit too hard on the table and it shattering. Plus.. rubber grommets are lame, bitches dont like rubber.

Well grats on your purchase. I'm sure it will do fine, as I had an acrylic bong when I first started out for a whilee. It's just nice for some to know they have a reliable and GONG piece. Be careful with it

The website I ordered it from has the reputation to sell very high quality glass so I'm not worried about the quality. And I didn't say glass on glass is boring I was saying the Weed Star bongs have a boring design.
word, I guess the glass is alright but they still ripped you off for the price. I could get a 15 inch syn that has thick glass for around $100. If it was glass on glass then maybe it could be $100 but deff not with that rubber grommet
In fairness to the site I bought it off. The price was listed at 74.99 and they got me with that express shipping cuz I just gotta hit that bong now! haha but yeah 15 inches doesn't sound as good as 20 inches standing up + the smoke going through the kinks! I've practically got 2 bongs compared to that 15 incher.
Congrats, Money well wasted So many things wrong with your logic, one being thatr it will look kool going through the kinks, you will be smoking it, so you wont really see it. Also its just dumb, you can get any tube AND WATCH THE SMOKE. Whats more pleasing to most of us here is the diffusion, tonnes of bubbles a stacking, just sexy diffusion. More diffusion=smoother toke, alot more than you will get with that zong. Also tall tubes are a pain in the ass, can't really hit it when sitting down and the extra height isn't doing much for you. Also grommets bongs are obsolete, glass on glass provides a better seal and just a overall better. You could have got a syn STRAIGHT tube glass on glass for cheap, then stick a alex k downstem in it. You shall learn from buying this china zong, you will break it very fast. I guess everyone starts with over priced china, i did and then found this place, used the knowledge presented to me, used it wisely and bought a sg stemline, now i can't stand to be around china glass lol. China glass is like a sunfire, while high end glass is like a brand new corvette or something alike. Sunfires are disposable cars, same w china glass.
