Should I be worried?

Nah, the janitor most likely smokes up as well only way I can be a janitor is to be high. Plus I dont think they can go through your stuff.

 

I'm pretty sure anything in a school is automatically able to be searched. However, unless it was left in a strange place, or smells like weed/resin, I doubt it will be searched. They will most likely just take it to your "lost and found" and have it waiting for you when class starts backup.

No sense in worrying though, there is nothing you can do at this point anyway right?

 

Nah try can't search ya stuff. Doesn't mean they won't, but I think ure fine, most people don't see a backpack at a school and think "DRUGS!!!!!"

 

If you're a student (and its college), im pretty sure they cant legally open your shit without you being there.

You have nothing to worry about yet, and most likely not anything to worry about at all.

Even if they do a search even if they are not allowed and find it. you can just be like that is private you can't search it. They know that.

 

True, but for some reason I'm under the impression he is talking HS here. I think in a HS it can be searched, but I would wait for someone else to verify that as I am not positive.
