  1. ok well i germed a seed then after a few days i went digging in the dirt and finding a dead seed. well i found it transplanted it and took the shell off. after a few days of still not sprouting i uncovered it from the dirt. some how it the began to sprout after being in wet soil for a week and a half. ive not got this as my only plant til i get more bagseed since i kept my seeds in my stash and it got stolen yesterday. but yea its under a 42W cool white cfl with a fan blowing on it right now. im happy its not dead but my plants always seem to grow slow so i was wondering what you think about this plant being four days old sorry if this sounds stupid but im kinda baked on the part of my stash that i got back. but yea sorry for the rant heres the pic. this was the best pic i could get with it under the 42W CW CFL and in its 16oz. red party cup fill of hoffman's

  2. you need to be a bit more descriptive than that. did you plant the sprout too deep? (1/2 and inch is all it needs) is the soil allowing much oxygen to the roots? What kind of soil are you using? There are a ton of variables here. 4 days looks about right for that size. Also the seed wasnt dead if you uncovered it and pulled the shell of and it kept growing.... Do you keep the soil saturated all the time? Seedlings DO NOT like that. the plant looks fine IMO. Pick up a growing book at your local bookstore they ahve alot of info i see about a TON of questions that could easily be looked up in a book. I suggest the one in my sig. its from '78 but shoot it has all the basics in it.

  3. yeah i download guides and its hoffman's seed starter. and its got no ferts. im going to be mixing schultz 10-15-10 in about a week with my water. and i no its not dead im still kinda buzzin though so yea. ill post later if i get anymore replies and im sobered up.

  4. the plant looks good for 4days old... keep up da good job...

  5. I don't think you want use nutes that early most people say 3 weeks about, or when the cotydelons fall off.

  6. ok will do do you think i could introduce a 1/7 solution at 2 weeks?

  7. maybe not sure though I'm sure someone more experienced will chime in.

  8. Schultz doesn't have all the nutes you need. I think it lacks mag. And you should fertilize durring all stages of plant growth. I'd say 400ppm for seedings up to 3 sets of nodes then 600 ppm after that.

  9. well i cant measure ppm so im gunna mixed 1/7 the recomended and add some epsom salt and h202 maybe. but thanks for the help.
