Junction city, Kansas...hands down. No offence to any one who lives there. This town boarders on Fort Riley army base. The GI's are treated like shit. I guess living in a shitty city rubs off on the people.
London is horrible. You're either right in the middle of tourist hell, in Chelsea where you can't afford to buy a can of Pepsi or in the hood. Birmingham is pretty awful too, but I've got a soft spot since I grew up around here.
Never been to any of the big cities like NYC/LA/etc but there was this one shot ass town in Utah I had to drive through and all I saw was a bunch homeless dudes. It was like a normal suburb but just mad homeless people I can't remember the name but it was like a half hr from salt lake city.
The worst place I've ever been is Borroloola, Australia. Population: 750. I won't get into too many details, but paradise is Borroloola in the rear view mirror. Least favorite city though... I dunno. Probably Glasgow. I'm not a big city guy to begin with, but I haven't ever been to one that I seriously disliked.
No it is not, it's a county. There is West Los Angeles, East Los Angeles, and then there are cities like long beach, culver city, inglewood etc etc which are all cities within the LA county. So unless you're specifically talking about East/West LA, you can't just say LA is the shittiest "city", because there are literally hundreds of cities within the county of Los Angeles.
East St.Louis, that place was a shithole, too many fucking kids with guns or east LA where its the same scenario, oakland and richmond are shit too, hell almost all of california is just a shitty place to be
It is still a city in cali.. N its a county .. Just like sacramento.. Its a city in cali n then theres sacramento county..just like Alameda.. Theres the city alameda n theres alameda county.. Thats how cali do it.. I dont kno bout other states

There is a small suburb around where I live that houses like 4 generations of a mexican family. I shit you not if you start something over there 20 homeboys from the hilltop will come out with machetes. I don't hang out on that side of the road no more.
First of all, Los Angeles is a city, within Los Angeles county, which also includes other cities (like Pasadena). The city of LA itself has a bunch of subdivisions as well (like Hollywood). What makes it even more confusing is that there also are individual cities that lie completely within the borders of the city of LA (like Beverly Hills) but are technically separate from LA city, but of course would be part of LA county. (Everybody got that now? lol) That being said, every city I've ever been to has its own shitty areas. I think the worst I've been to is Atlantic City, which has nothing going for it once you get a block or two away from the casinos, and that ain't saying much.

AGREED, that place is a shithole. Honorable mentions: Cincinatti, OH. I almost got mugged within a half hour of being there.
On the real though, I guess jacksonville? I haven't been to any shitty cities really, Miami's bomb, Amsterdam was awesome as shit, greenville's chill as hell, and atlanta was alright. The shittiest town though, would have to be up near lake placid new york I can't remember the name of it, but def a major shit hole.
