You got that right. I've been in, and lived in some bad places, but E St Louis is one of the few places I really was fearful for my well being...scary place....

Gotta be a tie between Memphis and Birmingham. Other than the main downtown area Memphis is just a shit hole of a city. Every where we went was just run down and nasty. Birmingham was a close second, got turned around and ended up in the hood, nothing but abandoned businesses and houses.

Mt Vernon, Washington. Full of homeless people, criminals, and sex offenders. I downloaded this sex offender app on my iPod and there were like 20 sexual predators in like a two block radius. Creepy shit.
