Hey quick question I can't find an answer to, I live in Utah and the law here states you have to be 19 to buy tobacco products/ paraphernalia etc...I am 18 and I want to buy a PAX vape via Ebay because I have gotten much cheaper prices there. Anyway, Ebay makes you use PayPal, and recently PayPal has required you to send in your drivers liscence, proof of address, and proof of SS#. I'm sketched out that they have personal info they would probably give to the cops, am I safe to do the transaction? Thanks!
