Shipping(broken glass)

well i finally got my order like 32 days after ordering it,first off the stash holder i order was the wrong color and size dont care happy with the one i got, and i also recevied the wrong grinder(dont mind i like it) and i also bought a bong the bong was fine but the down stem that came with it was broken in-half i hadnt even taken it out of the plastic. Do i haft to send the bong and stem back or can you guys just send me another stem? I dont belive i will be ordering from you guys again, i spent to much money to get the wrong things and im not risking it again ill just haft to drive a little ways to the head shop.
