I have had shin splints for quite some time and was able to start resting my ankles/legs in February. I bought 2 ankle supports in January (Model 355 Stirrup Lock Ankle Support) Anklen Supports and Compression - Stromgren Athletics and have been using them when I would be out and about for a while and when I do my light jogging. I now want to get back into doing jumping jacks and other jumping exercises since I will have to do them at boot camp (June 10th). I want to start this routine today Trinity Training Group: Prison WO Schedule but it consists of a lot of high ankle impact moves. Should I start trying the higher impact exercises with them on or take them off and stick to running (I wont be able to use them at boot camp)? I have about 45 days until I leave.
