she's sick

  1. What's this look like?
Redish veins, spots on the leaves, yellowish color!

This plant is 2 months old. Two week in current pot with pre-nutes supposed to last 30 days.

Plan: get some bloom fert and and start 12/12 within a week.

This could be nute def (nitrogen ?). If so then what type of fert #-#-# should look for?

This could be a water problem. In terms of quantity using an 8" clay pot should the clay saucer overflow?

    Any ideas?

A few brown spots? I had to cut like 8 leaves cuz of them spots! What about the color of the stem and the overall lack of dark green in the plant?

  4. It needs food with a higher Phosphorous (P) content.

  5. Is phosphorus the 1st-2nd-3rd # in the list of numbers on the nutes?

  6. Second.

    N-P-K .

  7. So is 12-55-6 good for flowering?

  8. That sounds awesomely good.

  9. I'm questioning lack of nutes. I mean the soil is supposed to be nuted for 30 days on a time release. If I give her nutes it's poss that nute burn will follow. So maybe my watering is off. I'm going to leave the tap water out soak her at her next watering. I think I have been too protective of over watering her that she may be thirsty. What do you think?

  10. Hey blue.

Nice answer u got above there, hey ^^^ lol.

I'll give u some good news...

Shes not sick. This is a great pic, as it shows us strait-up
    whats goin on.

She could use a little extra N, yes, but thats not the issue here.
The plant is 2 months old now, mature, and is actually showin us
that She wants to flower !!! She has already started using alot of
Phosphorous (P). I know this look.

I suggest that u find a bloom fert that has a ratio that is as close
    to this as possible - 15 - 30 (or higher) - 15.
During flower u want less N and lotsa P.

Feed the bloom ferts for a week and then flip the lights. She will
    go into flower well fortified.

Just water until u see a bit of runoff (alwayz read Ph).
Weed likes moist - not wet.

Im curious...what is the pre-nuted soil brand ???

  11. Sun & soil potting soil.

  12. Maybe this is a yellowish strain! I think she's had yellowish tint most of her life!

  13. OK, I'll explain...

That 30 dayz, youre talkin bout - thats pre-nuted - yes,
but pre-nuted with food for a very young plant. Seedling
right up to 5th node usually.

U have a big girl now who needs big girl food, not baby food.

U try feedin your woman nothing but baby food for a month
and then see how she treats ya lol ;).

What you know bout this? It's 15-30-15. I want to flower soon, like in a week. She's 2 months old!

It says 1 tsp per gallon. First watering should be at 1/4 strength. I only have a 3qt. jug. And no measuring spoon. I got to eyeball it using a regular tsp. I planning on a little less than 1/4 tsp..

Then the next watering should be straight up water?

The directions say feed every 10 - 14 days and never let the soil dry out between feeds.

My soil is dry as deep as I can stick my finger. Yet there is moisture between my pot and the drain pan And I watered 48 hours ago. So am I to water till the run off is 1/3 what I put in when feeding? And when flowering the soil should be more moist than when vegging?

    Help!
