There is some kind of Technical deal, that is slowing the process though. He aint exonerated yet. He probably will be in the end.
I sure don't disagree to what you said, Except I am not emotionally worked up about it, The fact that Trump gets away with the lying is incredible, if that were anyone else sitting where he is, they would be Impeached already, Bill Clinton Lied and how long did that take to be Impeached, For a lie over a B.J. in the W.H. along with W.W. but the Donald seems to lie about everything that comes out of his mouth, Mexico is paying for the wall, now he wants to shut down our Government to build the wall. Tax Reform is so easy. Everyone will have Health care and there will be so much Great Insurance plans we won't know how to act, it will be incredible. Let the States make their own decisions. Well that didn't last long. I know he is our President, It just seems like it is party before people in every instance. Now he selling his hats on a web site his web site, USA........ Rock on.......... 2020 can't come soon enough.......
Honestly I'm sick of having to accomodate these parasites. We're going to have to start having a serious conversation on how to take care of the immigration crisis in this country. How about we round up all the illegals, give them a one hour trial, execute the guilty, then catapault the bodies back to mexico?
You forget "If you like your doctor you can keep your doctor". Now that's a lie that effected millions of people.
The main reason people lost Drs, was because most had junk plans, and didnt meet the basic requirements of the new law, but the facts are that the law helped more, than it hurt. And its not perfect, but the repubs had 7 years to come up with something else, and you tell me what happened?? Their plan was going to even further raise the $$$$ for premiums, and they couldnt even get 50 votes, and refused to even include democrats in the discussion. Also who in the world thinks medical expenses will go down?? With all the new technology coming out, theyre not going to give it away, and will be out of reach for the middle class, and the poor. Something has to be done. Also it can be argued that Healthcare Should be a Matter of National Security, as to nip in the bud, Epidemics. If people can stay healthy, and access to treatment, it is going to go a long way in the future, when new, and rare diseases make themselves known, and will readily infect everyone, if people cant access to the the best treatments, and access possible. They all Lie. Killery HAS/HAD a 13% VERIFIABLE LIAR RATE during the Campaign. tRump HAS/HAD a 79% VERIFIABLE LIAR RATE. Come on, every other word coming of of this guys mouth is a lie, and its Daily. Remember when he said his Healthcare Plan would Cover More People, and Be Cheaper vs ACA?? What Happened ?? He HAD 000000 PLAN. He said it was SIMPLE??? What Happened???? 20+ Million, would have lost their Healthcare under the republicon plan. Thats not what he promised, and wasnt even his plan. He PROMISED More/Cheaper. Remember when he said he would Leave the Legal Marijuana States Alone ?? When Sessions HAS.... Reinstated Asset Seizure Law RICO ACT vs Banks doing Business with Legal Vendors. Privatized Prisons ??? ALL of this IS BACK., and tRump Promised he would leave them alone. Also anyone that wants to get into a Verifiable Lie Pissing Contest??? I bet I can get more Verifiable Lies vs tRump, than you can vs Obama....And Obama was in 8 years. tRump has more lies in 9 months vs Obamas 8 years, thought tRumps lies started with the Birther, Racist stuff. Also thats another thing, on how people who Arent Racist, or Harbor Ill Feelings toward Minorities, can just dismiss tRumps Racist Political Birth. Its Not Logical. tRumps whole start was Racist. Go Ahead.. PEE.
LOL, I really don't care if Trump lies "more". If it bothers you so much write him a letter. I'm also not worried about him going after weed, it's all smoke and no fire, just watch.
I guess you cant read. They already have started going after weed by. Asset Seizure with No Trial. Seeking the Maximum Sentences. RICO ACT if Banks do business with Legal State Sales. Ive stated this a million times, and this is..... Already Happening, and In Progress. SO You Are Wrong. Holder had Prosecutorial Discretion, and Did Not Persue. Sessions IS using His Discretion, to Pursue them. Attorney General Jeff Sessions welcomed the restoration of the practice of asset forfeiture n a speech at a law enforcement conference in Alabama. "I love that program," Sessions said. "We had so much fun doing that, taking drug dealers' money and passing it out to people trying to put drug dealers in jail. What's wrong with that?" Sessions, reviewing some of the steps the DOJ has taken recently under his watch, went off script from his prepared remarks to express his excitement about the restoration of the controversial practice. Asset forfeiture allows law enforcement to seize property suspected to be connected to a crime, even without an indictment. During former President Barack Obama's administration, then-Attorney General Eric Holder restricted the ability of the federal government to share in the assets local authorities seized. But Sessions in July brought the program back in full swing, allowing police to seize assets, even in states that have outlawed asset forfeiture, if they give some of the proceeds to the federal government. That practice of "adoption" has been used to seize $1 billion in assets over the last decade. Sessions' decision to reinstate the program triggered bipartisan backlash, but his mention of the program's return to law enforcement personnel Friday elicited applause. Sessions recognized that some critics don't like the program, although he said he didn't understand why. "Well, they don't like it. I'm amazed, these people don't get it. We had a reform in early 2001," Sessions said, mentioning he reached a legislative deal for some reforms to the program with Sen. Chuck Schumer when he was also a senator. That legislation, "made some things that tightened it up, relieved some of the concerns from our libertarians, I thought," Sessions added. "But here they're back again, and actually curtailed this program for the last several years, but we're going to keep it out there and as long as we can, we will be doing it. INTERVIEWER: One RICO prosecution against one marijuana retailer in one state that has so-called legalization ends this façade and this flaunting of the Supremacy Clause. Will you be bringing such a case? SESSIONS: We will use the Rico Act, marijuana is against federal law, and that applies in states where they may have repealed their own anti-marijuana laws. So yes, we will enforce law in an appropriate way nationwide. It’s not possible for the federal government, of course, to take over everything the local police used to do in a state that’s legalized it. And I’m not in favor of legalization of marijuana. I think it’s a more dangerous drug than a lot of people realize. I don’t think we’re going to be a better community if marijuana is sold in every corner grocery store. . The new policy, sent this week to prosecutors around the country, cancels the protocol for drug prosecutions established by Eric Holder, the Attorney General under former President Barack Obama. Holder mandated that when possible, federal prosecutors should avoid charging certain defendants with crimes that would lead to mandatory minimum sentences. These charges were only pursued with defendants who were members of "a large-scale drug trafficking organization, gang or cartel," according to The Washington Post. As a result, many people served less prison time. Under Jeff Sessions, the Department of Justice will reverse this policy, despite a growing consensus to reduce incarceration of drug offenders. Prosecutors must now “charge and pursue the most serious, readily provable offense.” This will likely lead to an increase in federal prosecutions and the populations of federal prisons, which seems to be a goal of Sessions's: he recently reversed a decision by former Deputy Attorney General Sally Yates barring privately owned prisons from housing federal prison inmates. Yates's decision, according to Sessions, “impaired the [Bureau of Prisons’] ability to meet the future needs of the federal correctional system.”
If Trump let's Sessions go after weed he will be a one term president, but something tells me Trump is smarter than that considering some states voted for both Trump and legalization. Like I said it's all smoke but no fire, just wait.
Most people I know personally smoke weed and voted for President Trump. He is not as stupid as the left wants you to believe. Maybe President Trump will change the law right before the 2020 election and declassify it. The left would explode if the president did such a thing, which would finish flushing the Dems down the drain. imo
Its not all smoke, and no fire. Theyre ALREADY going after weed people with the above 3 actions. I guess you just dont care that theyve brought back the Stiffist Mandatory Minimums, Asset Seizure, and RICO. tRump Cannot "MAKE" Session Not Go After Weed. He can Recommend, like Obama did, but the AG does NOT have to go by what he says. I also think for myself. I dont need the left to show me how unqualified tRump is. Dude cant even spell, and I know what I hear come from his own mouth. He only reinforces the fact, everytime he opens his mouth.
NO Cartels. He going after the Banks that do Legal State Weed Business. Asset seizure can happen, if youre driving down the road, and have money on you. They can take it, and Make You Prove it Legal. A guy was driving to buy a tractor in Ohio, and had $15,000 on him, they took it, and it cost him more to get it back that what the money seizure was. Go ahead and defend the indefensible. Its not surprising. I was not a cartel when the gave me 10-life, and I did a total of 15.5. I just had to many plants.
It's been illegal a longtime to carry more than 10 grand in cash (cashiers checks are what THEY intended) Also Obama did all this same kinda shit but the lib media liked him so we never knew
At least I didn't start with the memes Obama was better for making various inmate's/criminals his cabinet members eh..
