    Has anyone stored cooked butter or vegetable oil in the fridge for an extended length of time? And if so, what is the longest you've left it. I got some sitting in my fridge from a couple months ago, still strong smelling and dark. I haven't tried any in a while because of work.

    I just curious to see how long people store it for
