    People who are paranoid what type of thoughts do you get? When im smoking in a crowd, i think i stand out in the crowd or my friends bitch wants to fuck me.

    I dont get paranoid when im smoke and im glad, well i do, but i kinda learned to adapt too it and its not noticable anymore. Im just more aware really
