Its not bad for an E-cig setup for sure, I would checkout the volcano brand E-cigs! Out of everything I've used I can personally say they're my favorite. The inferno is practical and nice while the magma is simplistic but effective. The kits come with a little more but they're a little more expensive. 60-80 I think.
The volcano brand ones? I'm not entirely sure about the warranty but yes they're good, and as for the ones you posted yea they look fine, never used one personally but its not like they're so expensive you wont be able to bounce back if you dont like them.
