Setup for 400?

    Hey all, I have 400 dollars to spend and I was wondering if it was possible to get a grow setup with that much money. My mom lives across the hall so the smell would have to be kept to a minimum but I was hoping to be able to pull it off. A list of must haves would be perfect along with some places to get them. Thanks for your help ahead of time, I'll post updates as this thread progresses.

    Click on my Sig and did this for 300
