Lookin alright to me, although im thinking you have about 6 too many fans, just use one good exhaust and one good intake fan and a small ocilating fan on the floor and youl be doing fine with that 250 watt light and grow box. Good luck in the grow Budguy™
computer fans work great i just dunno were to get them, i just look around walmart until i find something that looks like it will work.
ill have to look for those i heard microwave fans work good but i have only found one site selling them and they are selling them for to much
