I have a glass bong I would like to ship from MN to AZ. I know that if theres no residue on it then technically its not paraphernalia and thus is completely legal but I'm still concerned. I feel like if someone realized that it is infact a bong they would consider confiscating it regardless, since the reality of someone challenging something like that seems unorthodox. Has anyone here ever sent a bong that has been used through the mail before?
Yea, don't worry. Bring the package in already wrapped and packed, and no one will know, but even if they do know what it is, they can't do anything, otherwise they put their job at risk.
They cant do anything, as long as its COMPLETLY CLEAN AS IF IT HAS NEVER BEEN USED. If something happens,you should definatly make a big deal about it, unless its cheap or doesnt matter to you so much.
