that is a some serious confusion honestly... I do not know how tat makes anything any better just more control of a plant by controlling interests
Removing MJ from the Controlled Substances Act (CSA) is long overdue. But establishing a federal excise tax on legal sales and creating a system of permits for businesses to engage in cannabis commerce seems like more big brother authoritative nonsense. Why can't they just decriminalize it and leave us alone? The internet seems to work well without much oversight, why wouldn't MJ? Politicians just can't seem to keep their fingers out of our pockets.
