Semi forest near my neighborhood is it legal to walk in it?

    I was wondering if it was legal to walk into the forest its not really a forest but it has a bunch of trees theres a big stairway that goes in the middle of it and there are houses in front of it but Im sure no one owns the woods, but is it illegal to walk on it? I remember seeing like little red , yellow cross bow tag thigns on some plants that marked stuff so I wasnt sure if it was like a preserve area or something.

    Im askign cause i want to go in there and smoke, and act like i was in the middle of a forest for a good hour or 2 haha!

    Fuck the law go and get high as hell there besides even if it is legal your smoking weed which is illegal so no matter what your breaking the law.

    even if it's some ones private property it's not like you're gonna get busted for walking through a little patch of forest. The worst that can happen is some one tells you to get off their property.

    If trees are marked with markers though, that usually means it's public land.

    The markers are probably for hunters, so assuming there are no posted/no trespassing signs youll be fine.

    The worst that can happen is someone tells you to leave.. or a cop shows up and catchs you smoking
