Self watering Ariana pot woes

  1. plants have started drooping more than often and after investigating the possibilities, I'm down to my pots. 8" self watering Ariana pots. What I'm thinking is there is an resovoir inside the pots that keeps water somewhere causing the roots to my plants to continually be wet which is causing the droop/overwatering symptoms. I've been doing everything normal and even tho I have drained holes on the side and bottoms of the pots, plants still healthy looking yet droopy. I probably water every 2-3 days depending on the weight of the pot and the knuckle technique so right now, I'm just adamant on getting rid of the pots and doing an emergency transplant into grow pots if I can find some in the store or regular pots. Soil at the bottom is most likely still wet, should I get a heating pad to try to dry it out before I transplant?
