Seeds?

    This is probably a stupid question but here it goes anyway.. Can I order seeds and get them shipped to the US? I looked around a bit and didn't find anything that said I couldn't and I know most places don't ship to the US.

    Yes you can. I've ordered from attitude seeds and got 30 white widow seeds that were shipped to MI. Google attitude seed company they are based out of England and very good customer service and good prices

    There are places that will deliver seeds to the usa, but I dont know any of them off hand. I do know that if you look in the growing section that people there can tell you or you can just do a search and find threads with sites that ship to the usa. Im going to be doing the same thing in march because I want to try and do an outdoor grow, but I havent desided yet 100%.

    Can anyone comment on the legality of having seeds shipped to you? (ie: would discovery of this fact be probable cause for a warrant to search your property?)

    I had thought the federal laws against marijuana included seeds? (But I don't know where I got that idea from). Anyone know where I could look up the laws on this?

    They wont send anyone to fuck with you, you'll just get a letter from the US Customs saying that your package was found to have illegal items in there and they were removed. No cops or anyone will come with a battering ram and break down the door lol

    Well, so does this mean that if you order seeds, its likely customs will confiscate them?

    No most people get their seeds, you just want to make sure there isnt anything on the box that will alert them to it. I would suggest going into the grow section of this site and looking at differnet threads with testimonals about sites people have ordered from.

    I am impressed with the layout of the site and how they do things with a secured payment processor.
