Seeds with prepaid visa?

    Hey guys new member here. Just wondering is there anyway I could get seeds with a prepaid visa? Are there any USA seed banks that would ship to a illegal state or visas that work outside the U.S. ?

    You can't order with prepaid visa because prepaid visas only have a zip code not a billing adress - can't shop online

    If you submit a prepaid online you can do online orders. I've done it before on other things

    If you can use the prepaid card online, and if it can be used for international orders then you can use it with any seed bank that accepts visa. My first and only order so far was with Herbies and I highly recommend them. The peeps at Gorilla Seed bank are also a nice lot. You can PM them for a coupon code for free shipping, a discount, or a free seed. And if you are willing to mail cash instead of using a card, you can get a further 20% discount.
     
    The Vault is also highly recommended, and Bonza seeds has a nice selection if you want to get a variety of single seeds. I have been pricing things out with all four of these places for a future order.

    Just to clarify the question and I suppose the answer, are we talking about pre-paid visa as in the gift cards at the mall or pre-paid as in Needs a social security # and purchased at let's say Walgreens?  I was under the impression that unless a social security # was attached to the card, it could not be used overseas to prevent "terrorism".  Thank you overbearing Patriot Act, a ridiculous law that needs to be repealed.

    2 Prepaid gift cards that I know will work on overseas websites - visa netspend and visa greendot.

    I know for sure these work I've used them on gambling sites

    Walmart, pre paid mastercard. Oregon Green Seed, usa seed bank from oregon. Great genetics, fantastic service, no overseas horseshit, great prices. Accepts prepaids. They just restocked, too.
