seeds germinated in rockwool,when transplant to growing medium ?

hi,

i germinated my seeds in rockwool cubes.they sprouted and i can see a white taproot under rockwool cubes.

when should i transplant them into growing medium ?
( growing medium : coco and 20% worm casts )
