Seeds From Another Country

    I'm going to Israel this summer and I was wondering how I could get seeds from Israel to America in the most legal, the easiest, and least expensive way possible.
    So. Saying that here are my questions...
     
    a.) Sending them through the mail VS. bringing them on the plane with me
    b.) Drug dogs at customs?
    c.) Checked Luggage VS. carry-on
    d.) Bringing a bowl back as a souvenir? ... best way to do that too...
     
    Anybody that has done this or has any personal experience with this topic and anyone who knows or has ideas on the best way to do this thanks!
