Seedlings

    Okay his so if gerimanted my seeds and they have long white roots coming from the shell its been about 4 days since the wet tissue so if out them in there medium but I'm not sure what to do next do I water then and leave them in light of water them leave them in dark room or don't water them n leave them in dark or lit room never grew seeds only ever done cuttings

    If u have planted than put them under 18 to 20 hours of light and spray where seed should be 2 to 3 time a day till they pop the soil

    ( only do this if you have well aerated/draining soil, always have at least 30-40% total mass of your soil drainage.. ( pumice, lava rock, perlite...)

    I like to make sure my soil is well saturated in the solo cup in a drip pan to absorb all the water it can then i put them in a dry pan to drip off as much water as possible for a couple hour's so its just saturated soil and no excess water before planting seedlings. This step skips the first watering after planting, soil can sink if it hasn't been saturated properly, not good for seedlings...

    I will gauge the depth of the hole i dig by how long the taproot is of each seedling so it's not too deep or shallow. You want it above soil asap but you Also need it deep enough to remove the seed shell, soil helps drag the shell off as the seedling grows upwards I like to plant so the top of the seed shell is a bit less than 1/4 inch, around 3/16 from the top of the soil . This is why people get seedlings with shells still attached to the cotyledons.....

    I personally like to put a t5 light over them right away so they have a light to stretch to as soon as they break soil start the first few days 24 hr light on until they take foot. I put a sandwich bag over each cup for a humidity dome until they are a inch or two tall then they go 24" under my 600w metal halide in a cool hood reflector. At 18/6 light schedule

    I'm growing them in coco medium so do I need to add nutrients once they lot out the coco n i put. Them in 1 ltr pots is that to much or will it be okay there in n tent with my ammo haze for 14 hours then under a normal kitchen lamp for the other 10 kinda under prepared for it the didn't know what I would need should of asked use guys sooner just hope they sprout as ammo will be finished in around 3/4 weeks
