Ok so I noticed two of my seedlings poped out of the ground recently, but they look like they are dropping for some reason Any suggestions?

Agreed. This is normal =) Edit: Although if it doesn't shed the shell in a couple days you may want to gently pull it off with a pair of tweezer.
Threw these under the 400HPS and checked on them this morning, husk is almost off the other one and the limp one is now almost in standing position! Thanks guys I was honestly thinking I had waisted a lot of money for nothing more than a fun setup, and nothing I've read or saw showed this happening
