Now I might have been on some really good stuff. But I swear I saw 2 seedlings sprout and then the next morning they were gone. Sprout is completely gone. Is this possible? I simply placed these guys in FFOF, which I now realize isn't the best soil to germinate in. 6 out of 9 did sprout and have turned into nice little plants. Also, what do I do about these ladies that didn't sprout. Can I dig them up and try to sprout again?
Just say a little prayer for them cus there gone to a bettr place. Or just wait patience is what u need.
I would run the sprout's soil through the microwave to kill fungi, like "damping off", and other possible nasties before planting. Let it cool totally before planting. Granny
Yeha out of 10 seeds only 6-7 usually sprout! Thats why im considering becoming a breeder! They charge a shitload for one seed and u bettr pray that they all germinate and then pray somemore and hope they sprout!
I allways germinate first on papl towel so after i see roots i plant em and after a day or 2 they all sprout i have 80 to 90% succes using this tecnique be carefull on ur soil... its very important for seedlings to have nitrogen... once i lost 10 blueberry seeds due to bad soil for germination.... they grew and then the grow was slow and they end up diying..
