Hi All, New seedlings have sprouted, they stretched away for a couple of days, but I've got them under control now. The last 2 days I've noticed the tips of the leaves drying and turning brown. They're in standard house plant compost with pearlite, I'm using bottled mineral water with no fertiliser. Any advice on this would be much appreciated, cheers. Polski.
looks like when some starts of mine awhile back had a Mg (magnesium) problem... try adding ~ 1/4 - 1/2 tsp. of epsom salts to a gallon of water and see if that perks em up
And that helped yours stop turning brown and falling off? cause i have had a problem with one that i am growing now and her leaves will jsut turn brown like they are burning. I have gotten rid of any kind of ferts that were in the soil. and there is no way that overwatering is occuring. so i will try your epsom salt idea. I guess if it works for an inrown toe nail it will work for my girls
