Seedling over watered or cold ?

Discussion in 'Growing Marijuana Indoors' started by pfd161, Oct 28, 2020.

  1. Transplanted these from solo cups 1 week ago.
In coco perilite, in a rapid rooter cube.
    Droopy leaves.

It's only 68 lights on, am I cold stressing these?

Shouldn't be able to overwater as I'm in coco?

    Ph 6
    Half nutes.
Watering daily about 8 oz each plant.

    Thanks.

  2. at 68 that is what I would be doing. They wont feed much at that temp.As long as there are no dry spots in the coco you should be ok. I try to keep my medium evenly moist even if it is not filled with roots.

  3. Thank you. They are in their final autopot but I'm not watering to runoff yet as they are pretty young in a 3.8 litter pot.
Most of the coco around it is dry.

I can turn on the other light or get a heater if needed.

  4. Always water to runoff. If you don't, the unused nutes just sit there until they dehydrate. The daily runoff insures all old nutes have been replaced. Overwatering is the result of improper drainage. You have no reason to be concerned in coco/perlite about over watering if you limit your watering to once a day until runoff.
