Autoflower question for indoor tent: Is it ok for me to have my tent humidity levels between 65%-85% RH (Relative Humidity) and my daytime temps (light time) between 70-85 degrees? I'm mostly wondering about what % of RH is too high. I'm trying to keep the VPD levels between 0.4-0.8 kPa and in order to do that sometimes I have to boost the humidity up to that 85% range. My plants are currently a few weeks old and about the size of the plants in this pic that I found on the internet for comparison: The reason I wonder if my RH is too high is because when I open the tent door to peek on them it's foggy as hell in there. Foggy jungle moist. The plants look healthy, but I don't want humidity to end up limiting their growth without me realizing it. I have air changing gently through the tent and an oscillating fan very gently keeping the air moving in their as well. Any help would be appreciated.
I'm 75% Rh in veg and about 45-65% Rh in flower, too wet you attract mold to dry the plant suffers the place of your grow is important the worst being the garden shed, in Canada or Az. the best in your bedroom, for the free C02 back in the day their were those that grew in 'fogtronics' or steam the nozzles kept blocking they gave up and went dwc having a high Rh for me means spraying my plants with neem oil 2-3 times per week to avoid any chance of mold, which I do spring and fall for 2-3 weeks I use in flower too but lightly, avoiding the flowers, of which I prefer stretched plants to allow the air in, for that I use the HPS for both grows veg and flower good luck
25c-ish about 70-75F heres the link on fogponics if you really like it damp ..lol Fogponics 101: Is Fog the Future of Hydroponics?
A whole lot of co2 in the bedroom then lol. But seriously I wonder how high the levels average because I grow in my bedroom and also spend probably 12 hours daily in there
