seeded

    Ok, I screwed-up & my plants got seeded. I didn't get the males out in time. I didn't keep track of days of growth either. I know they are close to ready. 3 plants are getting these skinny shoots growing out of the top of the buds. Screwed-up the christmas tree look. Most of the hairs have changed but none of the crystal have turned auburn. Is it past time to harvest or are the shoots there just because they got seeded? Thanks for any help.

    if u know ur stuff just the same time when the pistils r turning there ready smoke on:smoking:

    get some pics up if you can

    Get a loupe or pocket microscope in the 25x-60x power range and examine the trichs, that is the only sure way to tell when a plant is ready to harvest.

    Absolutely toasty. I have a 9X watchmakers glass which I use for determining sex early in the season, and a 60X pocket microscope which I use for looking at the colour of the trichomes near harvest time.
