Seedboutique is starting to suck BIG TIME!

    I've ordered from them before and had no problems.

    But my last order was 3 months ago. Never received my seeds.

    I sent them a couple of emails. Asked for a refund or at least a new batch to be sent.

    No reply... Well **** them. I told them I won't keep this to myself.

    So the point of this thread is to let you know that Seedboutique doesn't care for its clients.

    70 pounds in the drain. Thanks a lot! :mad:

    yes they suck big time.you usually get your order but sometimes you don`t.
    seed boutique will not take credit cards so you can`t get a charge back for---
    product not delivered--- and you are fucked...the only safe way to buy online
    is with a credit card for this reason..if a seed bank don`t allow credit card purchases YOU are taking all the risk..YOU have no recourse..debit cards do not allow refunds/charge backs for failed delivery/product not delivered...get
    smart buy/make a good working cloner..

    Sucks to hear about your situation, I use seed boutique on multiple occasions and yes they accept credit cards. My last order got to west coast in 6 days. Sure customs didn't nab ya?

    I also recently used seed boutique for the first time. They took my CC, and I found them in my mailbox on the seventh day after ordering. This was to the west coast US, and included not only Sunday, but a Fed Holiday to boot!
    The only thing I don't like is there's no guaranteed delivery.

    Not at all. How would I know that happened?

    Like I said - I've ordered before and had no problem. But after telling them what had happened they didn't even reply to my last email... I know I'm the one who's fd but still - doesn't seem like good business sense to me. I guess that 70 pounds are worth it for not having me as a customer...

    Word out that when customs swipe your package of dankity seeds they will send you a letter saying illegal items were confiscated and something about being able to retrieve it but that's like turning yourself in.. i would imagine

    Maybe you can try contacting Gypsy thru ICMAG

    OFFTOPIC: Can anyone confirm gypsy sells actual genetics which he posts on his site? thanks
