If a person found 4 seeds in an 8th from the dispensary would those seeds be worth growing could they possibly be auto flowers? I know they may be male but just wondering if dispensaries use auto flowers it was really good bud
Back in the old days in the eastern part of the U.S. That's how we grew it when it was illegal in all 50 states We picked the seeds out of the "dime bag" or "nickel bag" that we had and planted them. This was in the late 70s and in Kentucky before they started to grow premium weed in the eastern part of the state. We just picked out the seed of "God knows what?" and planted. Some germinated, some didn't. We didn't care what is was as long as we got high. Wasn't any such thing as sativa and indica back then. It was just weed.
Getting half the amount off a auto vs a photo I don't see a commercial grow wasting time growing autos. Free seeds however it works out. My personal experience growing seeds from dispensary bud hasn't been great. Lota males and hermies. Out of 10 different strains of seeds ive found only one has done well. I grow two from dispensary bud but the second always seeds itself, but grows big fast with good bud so I'll keep it around.
I grew a lb off one plant before from bagseed. I suppose anything is possible. Like forest Gump Said, life is like a box of chocolates never know what your gonna get.
They are usually female seeds and yes plant them. I've grown out dozens of "Found" seeds and all did great. No males , no herms. BNW
And as far as herms go, I've had seed I've bought online throw nanners. Barney's farms pineapple chunk a few times did. Grow room environmental factors can make any plant herm.
Would not be an auto. I just found 7 seeds myself in an eight I recently picked up from the dispo. I am talking fat, plump fucking seeds. Then I dropped two in the sink. 5 remained. Afterwards 3 out of the 5 seeds germinated, then I accidentally watered one of them with nutrient water left over thinking it was regular water. Burnt the seedling right up. 2/5 remains and they are both going very strong just like all the other feminized seeds from reputable seed banks I am growing. Also to add, this flower was tested at 29.7% THC and 5.25% on the Terpenes in Canada. @ me in about a month or two and I'll give you an update to how they are vegging, maybe even flowering.

Back in the day of buying bales of Columbian you get ton of seeds. After a bale or two i had 5 gallon bucket of seeds, I lived 6 miles from Mexican boarder, we had ( two other room mates ) 28 acers with creek running through the property. Stoned I was in big fucking rain storm when the creek running like river i tossed the whole 5 gallon of seeds in the creek and forgot about the whole thing. A few months later I was down at the creek trying find the path where we cross the creek at. As I am pushing the weeds aside to find the path I am thinking, wow the weeds sure are bad this year . Then I see all the weeds are MJ plants, they are like 6 to 8 feet tall I didn't know what think . Then I realize the whole fucking canyon where the creek was solid MJ plants. It was bad we figured other people had to of seen two miles of weed ! Every night for a couple weeks 5 of us went out with flash lights, machetes and trash bags. Filled a 5 car garage up with weed, and we didn't get it all. cut the plant down and left it. The whole canyon smelled like weed..Easy semi load . I have no Idea how we didn't get busted. We threw this big party, live band , kegs of beer, The local radio station heard about the party. and mentioned it live on the air. They said Jamul is Rock'en and rolling tonight . That was San Diego's most listened to Radio station. KGB Chicken back in the 70's We had a easy 400 people show up. That was my getting out of the Navy party. The next morning about 7am Heard this really loud music. it was my next door neighbor ( across the street and down road 100 yards ) put his speakers on his front porch and was nice enough to play the party back to us, It seems he had recorded the party, in revenge LOL ( Hey didn't 911 our asses) It was all good,, He said it was entertaining ...He was also a stoner. I got my nick name from tossing all those seeds in.
