There is no easy/fastest way to grow marijuana unless you want nasty bud. as for bug resistant strains, i've heard about them but never seen any.
very complex question really. depends if you mean easiest as far as maintance or as far as you can just throw it in some half baked soil with 0 nutes and expect to come back 3 months later and smoke it (not going to happen) .. however if you mean low maintance thats more in the setup or method than strain. and as far as fastest.. it doesnt really matter if you're going at it from a forced flowering "sea of green" point of view. But, wherever you're buying your seeds from will usually give you a flowering time or at the very least the amount of days indoor 12/12
