Seed Monkey Seedbank claimed to have CBD Crew strains and I placed an order. That was fifteen days ago and apart from the first email confirming the order. I have had no further emails and the order has not been processed or shipped. I sent an email to the address on the confirmation email and have had no reply. I also tried using the contact us option on the Seed Monkey website. Which turned out to be a complete waist of time and effort. I'm now left wondering if the site is a complete con and if they have no stock. Which could explain why the order was not processed and shipped. Has anyone else used the Seed Monkey website and if so what was your experience like? The only good thing about my experience is that I used PayPal to pay and I have opened a dispute on the payment. So hopefully there is some chance of getting my payment refunded.
Have you told them that you are disputing the payment? That should kick them into action. If not at least you should get your money back and if they are a rip off it may even get Paypal to shut down their account as they cant take paypal payments for Marijuana related products. You may want to remind them of that as well......
Did you grow out the replacements they offered you? How were they? It seems that this bank is doing the breeders work for them by quality controlling all strains that they sell. Sounds Very unlikely to me....

Looks odd when people join to reply about a seedbank and it happens a lot on the forums. Ah, I didn't bother to look
the site certainly looks shady. it has a lot of space holding text in it ( that weird stuff in latin at the bottom of the page) which is used in templates for websites. Also most of the external URL's don't go anywhere. The whole site looks like it has been knocked together in a couple of hours. They don't take credit cards either which is another pretty sure sign the site has been put up quickly to try and make a fast buck. Lets just hope you get your money back from Paypal.

But I'll have a bloody good go at it and try to get PayPal to cancel their account if I continue to hear nothing from them.

Probably a good idea to tell everyone you know and all forums you use. That both of these places are committing fraud, taking the money and sending nothing. Including the freebies they claim you will get with an order. Moral of the story, STAY LOYAL TO ATTITUDE AND THE OTHER HONEST SEEDBANKS.

All of these are legit banks to buy seeds from, just so you don't get totally dissapointed from the gate. Try again, a better bank will fix this. Two days ago I actually got a reply from seed monkey and it said I will receive a full refund. But no timeframe has been given and I'm waiting for the notification from PayPal. That the funds have been retuned and the claim remains active. The email I received contained an explanation, which I find difficult to follow. Because of my educational background and career in healthcare. But if I get the refund, I will be completely satisfied and to SM's credit. They are prepared to offer any other stock to fill the order and the beans they have from CBD Crew is old and of poor quality. I appreciate the fact that they will only sell top shelf and send back bad stock to breeders. The good news is that I had been informed by a seedbank who had found two packs of a CBD Crew strain. So I've grabbed that opportunity and have enough medicine beans to keep me going. I was also told that CBD Crew are a small breeder as well as being so popular. Which would explain why their beans are almost as rare as rocking horse shyte. I have set up to be notified when new stock arrives and will go from there.
Well I finally received a refund from PayPal and not seed monkey. Who are all blow and no go. They contradicted themself too many times and are blatantly not concerned about customer satisfaction at all. It would appear that they claim to have every strain known and often don't have what you have ordered. Which is a trap for the unsuspecting and if you complain. Their policy is to offer what is in stock and it would appear. That they normally do not give refunds at all and I would not have got one. If it had not been for Paypal's claim system and seed monkey completely ignored that too.

If PayPal would get involved outside of eBay and because of what's being sold. The funds will have to wait until CBD Crew has more stock and available at a reliable seedbank. It's been months now that they said coming soon and I'm starting to think that Xmas will be first.
