Seed Has Sprouted

    This is my first grow and my seed has sprouted would it be best to water my soil first let it dry out about or water the soil and put the seed straight in?

    Put the see in the soil then water it,

    Either would work just don't overwater

    I prepare my pot and water to some run off 5-6 hours before planting germinated seed, then wait for it to dry out before watering again.
