Discussion in 'Beginner Cannabis Consumption & Tips' started by Kroniczfx, Sep 8, 2012.

  1. Hey guys

So last night I it really fucking high way higher than normal an I swear I almost past out. And then when I woke up today I felt different just more natural and I feel as if I seethe world in a different way. I've never had this before and I'm not worried I quite enjoy it but I've never had it before and I've been on an off smoking almost a year. I was wandering if anyone else here had ever had his it something like this ?

    Peace

  2. Weed did the same sort of thing to me, but not overnight. After i started smoking regularly, I started to see everything in a different way. Ever since I become a stoner I have been really appreciative of everything in my life and started to see things differently.

  3. For me it changes my perspective of everything I know exactly what you mean.

  4. Agreed. After becoming a stoner my mind opened up to more things such as school and shit. I'm a lot more appreciative of my surroundings. Lol sober people scare me to be honest...not all, but many...

  5. Go with it, you can do amazing things with a new perspective, but not even just a different one, multiple ones.

The world is a very subjective reality, and the human mind is an incredibly powerful tool. Our minds are designed to look for patterns that support our morals and ideals, thus solidifying them and pinpointing closer to the realm of certainty.

The fact of the matter is, that nothing is ever the same all the time, things are constantly changing and can be looked at from a limitless amount of perspectives. Once you realize how closely humans are connected together (even though the exterior world likes to have us believe we aren't) then trite emotions that cause you to feel excluded from social situations or emphasize your faults begin to disappear. You see people on a different level, on the same level, on a level that can't be advanced with monetary value, talents, or even personality.

We are all humans and we all strive for a similar acceptance, one that allows us to explore our individualism without the tethers of social stigma. Once you realize this, all surface emotions melt away. Jealousy, hate, disapproval, they all fade into the realm of trivial words as you realize that we are not here to categorize ourselves into groups, we exist to advance our entire species into the age of epiphany.

We are the smartest species on the face of the earth. If we can identify where we ostracize and degrade people, what prevents us from changing this?

One thing I observe is that with any instance in the past where a specific group of people (either by race or religion) has been suppressed by another, has inevitably fallen. We simply cannot live in a world with a mindset as this, it's a double negative, and we're going to continue to go in circles until this is realized.

Anyway, keep thinking, never stop thinking. Always entertain as many perspectives as possible because your mind can really set you free, and cannabis, being the amazing tool it is allows you to view everything with significance. It allows you to see how things are not just one thing all the time, but the fact that they are constantly altering. It shows one that if they want to make their reality better or happier, all they have to do is to practice viewing it out of that window.

And there are absolutely wonderful things you can do with that.

  6. Yea it's like we know something more then sober people kind of hard to explain.

  7. It's a weed hangover, same as alcohol

  8. I've noticed feelings like that before. Before going to class I love to smoke a nice wake n bake sesh, I get really ripped and trip out for my first few classes, then after I sober up I find I fee great, my anxiety isn't noticeable, everything just feels clear and I'm good to do homework and enjoy the rest of my day.

Really ? Coz I tried that but when I sobered up I was tired as shit and just wanted to go home

  10. I find some strains make me burn out hard, and others usually make me burn out, if its in the middle of the day though I usually just get a little tired then I just get my energy back after about 20 mins or so.

As my tolerance has gone up I find I burn out differently depending on what type/how good the strain is that I'm smoking at the time

  11. Well said man...
I feel that the government does not want us to use certain parts of the brain, which brings me to beleive that that's why drugs are illegal. The human mind is capable of many things and we should be able to experiment and play with this tool.

I dunno that's just something I feel after smoking for years and just thinking about life. You really do look at things differently

  12. No...

I feel the exact same way about the government because I new other psychedelics made you see things like this but never herd of it ever happening with weed till now

    No...[/quote]

Yes. If you go to sleep high then your brain never rest, just like when you pass out form drinking... It's no cause your tired but rather your brain/body has reached the point where it can no longer keep you conscious in its attempt to recuperate.

A No with out facts is just ignorant

And an initial statement without elaboration leaves the door open to ambiguousness.

Maybe the person who replied to you was considering adverse effects in regards to the hangover itself (as your statement did include the word hangover), such as having a headache and feeling groggy, two things that I never experience the day subsequent to consuming cannabis, but I can't say the same about alcohol.

Furthermore, you're defending a rejection of your stance with information that was not even part of the rejected stance to begin with. It's kind of like saying "I hate strawberries, they're god awful" then upon having someone disagree with you claim that you're allergic. Well no wonder.

That being said, an alcohol hangover is completely different from a weed hangover; and also, a hangover doesn't occur while you're asleep.

  18. Who is this guy...lol

  19. This is just plain wrong and sounds like something that you spit out without doing any research. Alcohol is a depressant, which means when you pass out from it, it's because your brain is literally unable to keep up with consciousness and motor function, since it's functioning at less than optimal capacity (completely different from bud). This is why blackouts occur, because your brain's ability to process input and memory will actually shut down before your motor ability and such. Passing out from weed is much more of a psychological reaction, unlike alcohol which is almost entirely a physical one.

And the whole "your brain never rests" is complete crap. Some people use alcohol to pass out every night.

  20. Actually, your brain is just as active in a deep REM sleep as it is whenever you're wide awake.

    Check this out.
